Patient M., 52 years old Admitted with burning retrosternal pain radiating to the left arm, the left side of the neck, and the interscapular region for about 2 hours. From the history: he did not monitor his blood pressure and was not taking regular medication. There is no history of prior stroke, myocardial infarction, or atrial fibrillation. Previously, he tolerated physical activity satisfactorily; anginal pain and dyspnea during fast walking were not present. Assess the LV echo loops in different views: are there regions with abnormal wall motion? If yes, describe them. What is the visual LVEF?
